Duties

Helping members with day to day objectives and activities.

Z

Help the individuals overcome their own barriers.

Z

Will be monitoring individuals and their daily activities.

Follow lesson plans given by supervisor.

Behavior monitoring and support.

Schedule

Full Time Shifts are 32-40 hours per week

Part Time Shifts are 20-25 hours per week

HCBS: Shifts available 24/7

Z

DTA: 7:00am-3:00pm (Full Time)

Z

DTT: 2:00pm-7:00pm (Part Time)

Qualifications

Z

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Z

Must be 18 years or older

Z

Valid AZ Driver’s License/ID, Social Security Card

Z

Reliable transportation is required

Z

High school diploma/GED, open to applicants with no college diploma

Z

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or with children (Preferred)

Z

Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)

Article 9 (Required)
